$75/ Hour, minimum of 3 hours. Located inside the inn. Designed to hold small round table type events, our hotel offers the breakfast room and is suitable for 25- 30 guests. Available from 12pm - 8pm. Unique gathering spaces.
$30/ Hour, minimum of 3 hours. Located inside the inn. Comfortably fits 5-10 people, HDMI available for laptop projection presentations. Available from 9:30-5:30pm
The Patio is a 3 hour minimum rental for $500. Beyond 3 hours it is billed hourly at $100. Located just outside the inn. Perfect for the medium group sizes of no less than 30 and no more than 60. Available from 12-8pm. Offers deck chairs, fire pits, tables, and a grill. Only available for weddings if paired with full private inn rental of guest rooms. Please note: All beer and wine is provided through Biddle Point and is an additional fee.

Located at Biddle Point inside the Forty One North Event building. Designed to incorporate non-traditional gathering and meeting space. Perfect for rehearsal dinners, bridal party brunch send offs, bridal showers, retreat space, and parties. Seats 60 comfortably. Rates vary according to day of week and holidays.

Located at Biddle Point inside the Forty One North Event building. Designed for next - level private parties. Perfect for bridal showers, bachelor and bachelorette parties, mix and mingles, anniversary celebrations, birthdays, corporate lunches, and much more. Seats 50, or mix and mingle style 70 guests. Rates vary according to day of the week and holidays.

Add just the right details with our endless selection of colors, patterns, and texture in linens. Linens for table runners, table overlays, cocktail tables, sashes, and napkins. Details DO make the difference and liven up all the senses, for memories to cherish for a lifetime. $150 order minimum. Consultation Fee of $50/ hour- credited back to any order.
