What a great question, we are asked this many times! Please be sure to review your policy if you book through a third party site such as Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, TripAdvisor, etc. All these sites hold their own terms, and unfortunately Biddle Point has to meet these terms, we are not given any wiggle room. 

The following dates fall under the special event cancellation and refund policy. Please note the dates and terms before finalizing your reservation for 2025.

As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly.

If you have booked a reservation during one of our special event dates, the cancellation policy is as follows.

We require a credit card on file and will validate that card with a non-refundable date retainer of 50% of your room total in USD, upon receiving the booking confirmation. The remainder of the room will be charged in full, upon your check-in date.

Please be sure to acquire trip insurance in the event of unexpected illness, death or weather related emergencies as we are not able to make an exception to this policy.
