$50/ minimum of 3 hours. Designed to hold small round table type events, the breakfast room is suitable for 25- 30 guests. Available from 12pm - 8pm.
$30/ minimum of 3 hours. Comfortably fits 5-10 people, HDMI available for laptop projection presentations. Available from 9:30-5:30pm
The Patio is a 3 hour minimum rental for $500. Beyond 3 hours it is billed hourly at $100. Perfect for the medium group sizes of no less than 30 and no more than 60. Available from 12-8pm. Offers deck chairs, fire pits, tables, and a grill. All beer and wine is provided through Biddle Point and is an additional fee.
